EXCEPTIONS TO FREE SHIPPING

We are unable to offer free shipping to rural or remote suburbs. Our standard shipping to those suburbs is $15-$20 depending on location.

Additionally we are also unable to offer free shipping for oversized parcels over 0.1 cubic metres or 10kg.

REGARDING RESIN STATUES/DEPOSITS

We require a deposit to reserve a figure for you! After received, we will keep you up to date on progress and any ETAs we have. After the statue has arrived in our warehouse, remaining payment will need to be paid prior to shipment or pick up.

Deposits for resin statues are NON-REFUNDABLE

Please note, we may also require an additional shipping fee for resin statues depending on weight and size of the product.

Pick up is available! Please pick up if you can to avoid any risk of damage during transit.

REGARDING PRE-ORDER ETAS

Would never buy again.

I waited over 7 months for this pre order that was constantly delayed with out informing anyone, finally after all this time expecting a very good product, I received the Gengar set, it was all in pieces that you need to put together yourself (never have I had to do this with a good quality statue) Trying to fit and glue them together was a nightmare, the statues themselves look okay but honestly not worth $240. I'm STILL waiting on another pre order from this company I'm sure I will not receive that until the end of the year as it's also been delayed, I ordered it at this time time as this one. They will simply ignore you if you ask for a refund due to so many delays, extremely unprofessional.
I would not recommend buying a pre order from this company, you should not be making customers wait almost a year for products, you also need to state that you will receive your item not pre done and all in pieces especially for how much you are charging.
