Yubashiri was one of the 50 Skillful Grade swords. Roronoa Zoro obtained this sword for free from Ipponmatsu. The sword was a family heirloom and the best sword in the shop in Loguetown. Ipponmatsu gave it to Zoro after he saw the skill and courage that Zoro showed in testing the curse of Sandai Kitetsu.

After its destruction at the hands of Shu, Zoro left its remains to rest on Thriller Bark.

DESCRIPTION:

This humble sword has the following features:

• The full-tang blade is hand forged from high quality 1045 carbon steel with a brushed steel finish, proving easy to clean and resistant to both scratching and rust.

 

• Confers a black cord wrapped handle detailed with brass accents making it both classy and comfortable to hold.

 

• Comes with a complementary black sword stand, making it easy to display, giving you the chance to create a collectibles corner if you don’t already have one!

 

• Protected by a gloss black hardwood sheath with bronze accents to protect the blade.

 

• A sturdy full-tang blade that is not sharpened.

 

• The handguard (tsuba), pommel cap (kashira) and cap collar (fuchi) are all made out of high quality zinc alloy while being secured by two bronze spacers (seppa).

 

• Weighted at a comfortable but sturdy 1.32 kg with the sword sheath (1.05 kg without)

 

• Sword itself measures at an impressive 101 cm in length with the blade having a length of 72 cm (105cm with sheath). Blade also has a thickness of 7mm.
