NOTES:

  • The bonus special effects accessory pack is included with every pre-order of this statue.
  • The bonus effects pack is a universal accessory, so a small gap between the effects pieces and the original base is normal. This does not affect display.
  • The bonus effects shown are rendered previews for reference only. The pieces are made of transparent material with semi-transparent paint in a mainly blue colour scheme, with cloud and rubble effects. Photos of the physical pieces will be published before the order window closes, and the final published pieces will be the reference.
  • The taiji pattern on the platform base has LED lighting. The bonus transparent effects pieces do not have LED lighting.
  • Estimated dimensions with the bonus effects pack installed are 25 cm in height, 31 cm in width and 36 cm in depth. The final dimensions will depend on the physical product.
  • The statue ships in two boxes. The bonus accessory pack is packaged separately.

Shipping from AUSTRALIA. We can also ship internationally however please note shipping may be expensive.

EXCEPTIONS TO FREE SHIPPING

We are unable to offer free shipping to rural or remote suburbs. Our standard shipping to those suburbs is $15-$20 depending on location.

Additionally we are also unable to offer free shipping for oversized parcels over 0.1 cubic metres or 10kg.

REGARDING RESIN STATUES/DEPOSITS

We require a deposit to reserve a figure for you! After received, we will keep you up to date on progress and any ETAs we have. After the statue has arrived in our warehouse, remaining payment will need to be paid prior to shipment or pick up.

Deposits for resin statues are NON-REFUNDABLE

Please note, we may also require an additional shipping fee for resin statues depending on weight and size of the product.

Pick up is available! Please pick up if you can to avoid any risk of damage during transit.

REGARDING PRE-ORDER ETAS

Please note that pre-orders can often have delays! As we cannot guarentee that they will arrive by a certain date, they are not recommended for time sensitive gifts.
