DESCRIPTION:

This beautiful katana has the following features:

-      The blade is hand forged from high quality 1060 carbon steel with an electroplated gloss blue finish, proving easy to clean and resistant to both scratching and rust.

 

-      A full tang construction blade that is aesthetically pleasing but not sharpened so it is safe and easy to handle.

 

-      Confers a white rayskin handle detailed with a black cloth wrap and matte black accents making it both classy and comfortable to hold.

 

-     Handguard (tsuba) is made of high-quality zinc alloy with two brass spacers (seppa) securing the blade along with a brass blade collar (habaki).

 

- Lacquered hardwood scabbard in a gloss black finish, detailed with intricate lightning arcing patterns.

 

- Scabbard (saya) also comes tied with a traditional black sageo knot tied around the knob (kurikaka) of the scabbard.

 

-      Comes with a complementary black sword stand, making it easy to display, giving you the chance to create a collectibles corner if you don’t already have one!

 

-      Protected by an elegant black cloth covering for when sword is not being displayed or used.

 

-      Katana weighted at a comfortable but sturdy 1.355 kg with the scabbard (1.315kg without).

 

- Scabbard weighs 0.205 kg and measures at 76cm in length and 4cm in width.

 

-      Katana itself measures at an impressive 101 cm in length with the handle having a length of 28.5 cm (105cm with scabbard) blade also has a thickness of 6mm and hand guard (tsuba) measures at 9cm diameter.
